• White wine sauce, fresh market vegetables and saffron rice

Stuffed Lamb Roll with a Sweet Potato-Rosemary Filling:

• Lamb Jus with port, ratatouille and polenta cake

Saltimbocca a la Romana:

• Classic veal cutlets with fresh sage & prosciutto, served with marsalla jus, sugar peas and rice timbale

Piccata a la Milanese:

• Classic chicken tender in egg–parmesan coating, served with angel hair pasta and tomato sauce

Grilled Sea Bass:

• With rosemary, roasted asparagus, tomato convit and mesculin mix salad

Poached Salmon:

• Chardonnay poached salmon with dill sauce, fresh market vegetables and nutty potatoes (pommes pariesenne)

Seared Prawns:

• Pan seared prawns with arugula-butter, sautéed bell peppers and risotto cake

Lamb Rack Filet with an Olive Crust:

• Lamb jus, ratatouille vegetable and potatoes au gratin
